WELCOME TO LAURALEI BENGALS

We are a small TICA-registered cattery in Southern California.

My name is Laura, and I have been a registered nurse for 30 years, working primarily in women’s and children’s health. I have raised registered miniature horses for show, pet, and therapy for the past 12 years.

We are longtime cat owners with 30 years of cat ownership experience. We are passionate about Bengals and decided to start breeding them in 2020. Our goal is to enhance this stunning breed. We are members in good standing with TICA (The International Cat Association). We test all of our cats for HCM, Erythrocyte Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PK deficiency) and Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA-b). Our cats are negative for FELV and FIV. HCM testing is done on all cats after the age of 8 months every 12 months.

We raise our cats and kittens in the comfort of our home with kids, dogs, and our miniature horses. They receive the best of everything. With lots of love, care, and socialization; they are our family and are spoiled to no end.

Every animal we own is KEPT INSIDE THE HOUSE, with the exception of our stud Bengals, who live in their spacious outdoor enclosures.

We invite you into our world of simply beautiful Bengal Cats and Kittens.

Why We Believe Lauralei Bengal Kittens Are So Special

1. All of our Bengal cats and kittens are fed a 75% predominantly raw diet, consisting of ground beef, chicken, bones, and organ meat, in an 80/10/10 ratio. They also have access to free-feed IAMS dry kibble.

2. Our Kings and Queens are always up to date on all immunizations.

3. All of our Bengal cats and kittens receive daily probiotics to support their digestive health.

4. To ensure the healthiest kittens possible, our Kings and Queens undergo annual HCM testing, reducing the risk of genetic issues in their offspring.

5. We vaccinate our Bengal kittens at 6, 9, and 12 weeks before they go to their new homes, providing essential protection against illnesses and preventing disease transmission to other cats in the household. Our vaccination schedule includes:

β€’ 6 weeks: HCP+Ch

β€’ 9 weeks: HCP+Ch + FeLV

β€’ 12 weeks: HCP+Ch + FeLV

6. As a responsible Bengal breeder, I encourage potential buyers visiting other catteries to request updated health records for the Kings and Queens of the bengal kitten they are interested in. At Lauralei Bengals, we always provide complete documentation to our customers, ensuring that our Bengal kittens come from healthy, well-cared-for parents with regular HCM testing and a comprehensive vaccination program.
